Homecoming!

 
In these parts of the country, turns out Homecoming is for the Freshman and Sophomores.  Lexi and friends take some pics before the big dance.

Pictures at Sims Park, dinner at ShoGun (I got in on that action at the parent table), then the went to the dance.

We've never had drama but we sure did before this event.  I guess all's well that ends well.  (Lexi had the good fortune to say no to the after parties!)

New School Year

We start bright and early with our new High Schooler...

Field Day

Second Grade Field Day!  What could be better?

Emily can't think of anything...

swinging from the rope,  or jumping rope,

 tug-o-war (she fell, drug in the mud, got all scratched up).  We went home for the day and got our nails done. 

All in all, she still loves field day.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

 Happy St. Patrick's Day!  How's that for a cute little Lephrechan?!  Emily is ready to go to school, with the assurance that no one will pinch her.  She didn't wear her green bead necklace since she decided Tucker needed it more than her.  Last year he didn't wear grean on St. Patrick's Day and he came home groucy because everyone pinched him.  She is sure if he wears it, all will turn out better than last year. 

She was right!!!

Patrick's Day!

 Happy Birthday!  He likes what his card says....

but he ain't tellin...and neither am I! 

Since he was born a day before St. Patrick's day, it only seemed natural to name him Patrick.  I love his name and more importantly we love him for all he does and who he is. 

Here's to another great year!

Glasses

Look who is wearing glasses now... 

We figured it was only a matter of time.  Emily is currently in the second grade.  Lexi got her glasses in 1st grade and Tucker got his in 3rd.  

She looks so cute it makes you want to kiss her!

Happy Birthday Lexi!

Lexi is our sunshine girl!  She was born happy and continues to stay that way!  She is 14 years old today.

A fond memory of her ....in her cute little flowery pink dress, curly locks, laughing, running, throwing herself on the couch. 

Glad we have Lexi in our home and part of our family, she brings joy and laughter!

Stake Priesthood Meeting

  Tonight is Stake Priesthood and the mother's are invited.  Tucker is singing in the YM choir and all scouts are wearing their shirts.  I am exctied to be invited and looking forward to hearing the choir!
